If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Full-priced items purchased online may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with all tags attached.

In-store and phone purchases are eligible for a store credit only. Purchases made using Afterpay are also eligible for a store credit only.

For hygiene and clearance reasons, we cannot accept returns on sale items, swimwear, underwear, fragrances, sunglasses, or hats unless the item is faulty.

All returns must be sent using a tracked courier service, as returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until received by DEVÀL Menswear.
